FAQs
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Corydon, Indiana, and proudly serve Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky. Depending on the size and scope of your project, we may be able to travel farther - just get in touch to discuss your location and needs.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess your project and provide a detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you handle emergency calls?
Absolutely! We handle emergency handyman calls and keep parts and general supplies readily available for quick response when urgent repairs are needed.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on the size and type of project. Smaller jobs like bathroom remodels may take a few weeks, while larger renovations or home additions could take several months. You’ll always receive a clear, realistic timeline before we begin.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
That depends on the type of project. For smaller renovations, staying in your home is often possible with minimal disruption. For major remodeling or structural work, temporary accommodation might be more comfortable. We’ll help you plan ahead.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! We work with a network of trusted custom cabinet makers, trim carpenters, and tile installers to bring your vision to life. Whether you’re after a unique design or specialty craftsmanship, we can make it happen.
Do you renovate houses?
Yes, home renovation has been our specialty for over 8 years. From bathrooms and basements to full-house makeovers, we transform outdated spaces into something new.
Do you build new homes?
Not currently for clients, but we’re building the right team of subcontractors to offer general contracting services for new home builds in the near future.
Do you subcontract work?
Yes. Some custom work - like drywall, painting, and certain specialty trades - is subcontracted to trusted professionals who meet our standards of quality and reliability.
Do you handle roofing or exterior repairs?
We don’t perform full roof replacements, but we can tarp leaks and connect you with the right roofing contractor in your area.
Do you do yard work or landscaping?
Yes. Yard work and landscaping services are available and are typically subcontracted depending on the size and scope of the project.
Do you buy houses?
Yes! At Realty Revival, we’re passionate about real estate and always open to purchasing homes that others may consider beyond repair. We specialize in reviving properties and giving them new life.
How do I get started?
Just reach out! We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, review your space, and provide expert recommendations. From there, we’ll offer a clear plan and quote to get your project underway.
